Garbage Truck Driver – CDL Class B
Job description
Are you an experienced Garbage Truck Driver with a CDL Class B License looking to join a dedicated and supportive team? We are a mid-sized company with over 25 years of industry experience, and we prioritize the well-being of our clients and employees. Safety is our utmost priority, and we ensure our equipment is well-maintained to help you perform your job efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Complete the trash collection of provided route.
· Work with assigned helper to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
· Availability to work evenings and weekends.
· Perform daily inspections of all equipment and report any necessary repairs to management.
· Open and transparent communication with management.
Qualifications & skills:
· Must have CDL-B License and Medical Certification
· Previous experience operating a rear-load Garbage truck is required
· Clean driving history
Compensation:

Lead Outside Sales Agent
Job Description
You are an experienced and motivated Lead Outside Sales Agent . You will be responsible for increasing our property penetration rate by driving sales and promoting our products and services. The Lead Outside Sales Agent will work independently in the market assigned, plan and execute on-site events, and engage customers to achieve our sales goals. You will meet regularly with prospective new clients in assigned market area to deliver sales presentations, follow up with key decision-makers and sell all services as appropriate.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase property penetration rate Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, property managers, business owners, key decision makers and prospective customers Plan and execute on-site events, such as seminars and product demonstrations, to generate leads and increase brand awareness Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients on the benefits of our products and services Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely and accurate completion of sales
paperwork Establish clear communication between clients and our operations team Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and market trends Attend industry conferences and trade shows to stay current on industry developments and build relationships with potential customers Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and revenue goals Report sales performance data and other key metrics to management on a regular basis Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and regulations
Minor Duties and Responsibilities
Nurture, and grow our business Enthusiastically promote our business Lead by example, conduct your business with the adoption of the company mission statement as a guide Promote personal growth and knowledge with peers Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings Additional projects and tasks needed to support business growth and operations
Qualifications
Outside sales experience, preferably in the environmental services industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory (up to 75% of time) and attend industry events as needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
